These terms apply to design partners in Proofavo's private beta. They sit on top of the Terms of Service, and where the two disagree, these win — for the beta period only.
Proofavo is operated by AGVA-Plusz Bt. (1152 Budapest, Illyés Gyula utca 2-4. A. ép. fszt. 7.; company number 01-06-795468).
What you get
A paid tier, free, for the whole beta. Real limits, not a trimmed demo: the same product a paying customer gets.
What we ask
That you use it on real jobs, with real customers, and tell us when it is wrong.
That is the whole exchange, and it is not a small one from your side. You are putting your own customers in front of software that has never carried anyone else's artwork before ours. We would rather say that plainly than describe it as "early access".
No card, so nothing can be charged
We do not take a payment method during the beta. There is nothing on file that could be charged by accident, by a mistaken configuration, or by us forgetting to turn something off.
This is deliberate. The way beta programmes usually go wrong is a silent conversion, and the reliable protection against it is not a promise — it is the absence of a card.
How the beta ends
- We tell you at least 30 days before the free period ends.
- If you want to continue, you subscribe — actively, by choosing a plan and entering payment details for the first time.
- If you do nothing, the workspace falls back to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted: every proof, every approval record and every review link your customers hold stays exactly where it is. You simply cannot start new work past the Free limits.
There is no automatic charge, and no version of this where you discover the subscription on a statement.
Your price is held for twelve months
Whatever the price is when you subscribe is the price you pay for twelve months from that day, even if we raise it in the meantime.
If we lower it, you get the lower price. A guarantee that only protects us is not a guarantee.
What we cannot promise
- No service level agreement. We monitor the service continuously and we fix things quickly, but there is no uptime commitment.
- Things will change. Features move, screens get redrawn, and occasionally something that worked will briefly stop.
- Keep your own copies of anything commercially important. During the beta, do not treat Proofavo as your only record of an approval.
Your data, and your customers'
Handled exactly as the Privacy Policy and the Data Retention Policy describe — there is no separate, looser regime for beta data. Your artwork lives in Ireland and is served from Frankfurt, the same as everyone's.
If you leave the beta, the cancellation terms in the Data Retention Policy apply as written.
Feedback
Anything you tell us about the product we may use to improve it, without obligation or payment. That covers bug reports, suggestions and the things you say in a call.
It does not cover your artwork, your customers' data, or anything about your business. We will not name you as a customer, quote you, or use your work as an example without asking you first, in writing, each time.
Ending it
You can stop at any time and ask us to export or delete your data — support@proofavo.com, answered within 72 hours.
We can end a workspace's beta participation with 30 days' notice, and would tell you why.
